If you're an existing customer and trying to login to the new website, you will need to reset your password by clicking on the 'forgot password' link at the login page.

You will only need to do this once to set your password for our new site.

Unfortunately not, you can only use one promotion code per order unless it states otherwise.

In most cases, we can deliver an order to an address of your choice, even if the delivery address is different to your billing address.

However please be aware that in some circumstances our management may reserve the right to send orders to the billing address only, but don't worry! - If this is the case, we'll contact you before your order is dispatched.

Orders aren't available for collection as we don't have any stores.

However, you can send an order to a USPS location with a post Box or any post box of your choice, or a  local collect store of your choice and collect in your own time.

The main difference between types of fragrance lies in the concentration of essences. Eau de Perfume contains up to 15% perfume concentrates, and Eau de Toilette contains up to 10% perfume concentrates, making Eau de Parfum is a bit stronger and longer-lasting than Eau de Toilette.

Please remember to never send your complete credit card details in a single e-mail as this is not secure. If you must send the details by e-mail, please split the number into two parts and send in separate e-mails to be safe.

There are two ways to pay through PayPal. The express way is to select the 'Checkout with PayPal' option in the shopping cart. Remember to enter your email address first. You will be taken to the PayPal site to continue the payment process.

The other way is upon reaching the payment section of the checkout process, select the 'PayPal' payment option and input your registered PayPal e-mail address in the space provided. Once your order has been confirmed and you have received your order number and final total, you will be taken to the PayPal site to complete payment.

We will also send you a follow up email with a link to complete your payment.
